Die Front wurde umgebaut auf das 1966er Modell mit flachen Scheinwerfern. Die Lackierung wurde sehr sauber durchgeführt.. Der Käfer bekamm nun noch eine neue Kupplung, und infolgedessen neue Benzinleitungen, sowie neue Motoraufhängungslager
