L'acquéreur en est informé et fait son affaire de toute mise en conformité.

The Vorsteiner kit, intake trumpets and Novitec wheel spacers are not type-approved. The Capristo exhaust system and Novitec lowering springs are type-approved (certificates available). None of these parts is recorded on the registration document. The buyer is informed and is solely responsible for any compliance work.

Fahrzeug wird wie besichtigt, ohne Garantie verkauft.
Vorsteiner-Kit, Ansaugtrichter und Novitec-Spurverbreiterungen sind nicht typengenehmigt. Capristo-Abgasanlage und Novitec-Tieferlegungsfedern sind typengenehmigt (Zertifikate vorhanden). Keines dieser Teile ist im Fahrzeugausweis eingetragen. Der Käufer ist darüber informiert und trägt allfällige Massnahmen zur Konformität selbst.

Fahrzeug wird ausschliesslich in dieser Konfiguration verkauft; Originalteile nicht enthalten.
